Hey hun I have done mine and think its one of the best things I have done.. absolutely love it.
I bought a really nice book. At the beginning of it I have wrote about me and my boyfriend, how we met, a mini family tree for baby to look at when he is older, a little story about how we discovered I was pregnant, a few pages of baby names we like, a list of firsts-first kick first ultrasounds etc, and left quite a few pages blank to write about and add pics about nursery, baby shower and anything else i have want.
Then i started to write a pregnancy diary of like day-to-day (or whenever something interesting) happens in my pregnancy. Started it from the day we found out and am still writing in it all the time now. Write about how i feel, foods i crave, my mood of that day, and have also been taking pics of my bump every 2-3 weeks which i have added in there also along with my weight and also added in my scan pics etc.
It is hard work and hard to stick at it but i know it will be worth it in the long run.
I don’t have a pregnancy diary, but I have a pregnancy book (a baby book) that I use to record milestones.. they think of everything in those books (:
I started to. but after a while I forgot about it.
I have suffered bad short term memory and my ‘blondeness’ really has came out since I got pregnant lol.

Yh my sister did one but she did it for every month photos of her bellies describing the stretch marks the day she first felt it kick. She also took picture of the midwives and her boyfriend touching her belly while it was growing she has kept it going since the baby was born and he is now 9 months old. good luck x
I bought a book at books a million called the Belly Book. It is divided by trimester them by month. It has a space for all dr visits, monthly pictures of belly, and ultrasounds. It also keeps up with your cravings and stuff too. its very cute.
I have a diary and a scrapbook. The diary i put in kicks and about choosing the name and important events in our family. The scrapbook is more of pictures of my belly and getting ready for her. They are both a lot of fun to do and will be nice to look back on.
I have a pregnancy diary that i got free with pampers – I fill it in when i remember!! lol!
I’m also going to make a scrap book – I’ve been taking photos of things that i can put in e.g:
* My bump every couple of weeks (to see it grow)
* Baby’s nursery – before, during and after decorating
* Gifts (and who they are from)
I also intend adding some of the greetings cards when he/she is born and will do some newspaper cuttings of what is going on in the world and my in town (locally).
I will probably add some pics of family and friends too and put the pages of the diary into it.
Also, the scans and the baby’s wristband can go in here.
I keep getting other ideas along the way but i think it’s a great thing to do, a nice keepsake and something to show the baby when they he/she is all grown up
Actually yes. I got the idea after reading Myleene Klass’ pregnancy diary, so i started writing a pregnancy thoughts diary, and persuaded my husband to scribble this thoughts in a section at the end. We put pics of my growing belly, and scan pics.. Then after i’d given birth we put the babies first little id tags, and a tiny lock of their hair. This time around, i haven’t done one daily, but we have been keeping one. I didn’t want to do one for the boys but not do one for these babies. One day when they’re old enough to be embarrassed by us, they’ll be getting these diaries..
