Dutch. Anne Frank spent most of her life in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
It was in Dutch and had been translated in many other languages, about 31.

I am guessing Dutch, since she came from holland.
The diary was actually written in German, because that was the language the Frank familyi spoke.
