any1 got good ideas of wat to add in my diary?

i mean… not the cover, something to put inside apart from daily events.. wt i do is after every entry, i write a thought and decorate it. in the beginning of the diary i made a time capsule.. can any1 gimme some creative ideas like that?
i mean… wat stuff to add, besides writing down wat u normally do on a simple diary or journal, like, how do i make a "happening cool sexy teenage girl’s diary"??

How to make a diary with a notebook?

I have to make a diary from the 1920’s [as if i was living in that time] for a SS project. But i don’t have a notebook, and i was wondering if you have any creative ideas for me so i could make one. And how to bind it and stuff. help please. thanks (:
