What are some things I should write in my diet diary?
As part of my New Year’s resolution, I am going to go on a diet. I want to keep a diet diary, but I don’t know what to write in it. Do I make any graphs, columns etc? And when should I run, eat etc.
Also, what is the starting age to go to a gym to workout?

Great idea. My resolution is also the same; to eat healthier and hopefully, lose weight!
For your Diet Diary, you could write in some inspiration quotes, such as:
"If you don’t do what’s best for your body, you’re the one who comes up on the short end."
"Rule your mind or it will rule you."
And also, you could include photographs of celebrities you ‘aspire’ to. Look at the quotes and photographs whenever you feel discouraged by results, and to keep going.
Usually, the age for a gym membership can be up to thirteen years of age; it is great the younger you get, to start early to keep not only your body healthy, but your mind.
